Pilisi Parkerdõ Zrt. opened its lookout tower to the public on the 639 m high peak of the Visegrád Mountains, on the Preaching Chair, in autumn 2016. Standing on a concrete base, the 12-metre-high wooden structure with a gross floor area of 70 m2 gradually opens up a panoramic view of the entire Danube bend from its three terraces, which widen as it ascends. Hand-painted, unique information panels on each level commemorate the Hungarian kings who played an important role in the region. The new lookout also offers modern facilities for visitors, with two webcams on the top and free Wi-Fi in the surrounding area. There are also a fire pit, benches and tables next to the lookout.
