Established in the 1980s, the visitor centre is still one of the most popular tourist destinations in the Visegrad Mountains. Ideal for families, the area’s services offer a great way for children and adults to spend their leisure time together. Mogyoró Hill is also home to the oldest forest school in the country, the László Madas Forestry Forest School. The Mogyoró Hill Camp, which is part of the school, offers accommodation and camping for up to 150 people. The Hazel Mountain Wildlife Demonstration Garden offers visitors a chance to learn about native species of wildlife, while the playground is a great place for the little ones to play.
