In the centre of the village stands the Reformed church, built in the late 18th century in the neoclassical style. Its unique feature is the Greek cross shape of the ground plan, for which the building is protected as a monument. The most renowned preacher of the congregation so far is Mihály Katona, who was active at the beginning of the 19th century (1803-1822) and was also the greatest Hungarian geographer of his time. His memory is cherished by the village today.
