The gallery named after Gyula Barta, a native of the town, a painter and a distinguished artist, was founded in 1993 and has been registered with the Ministry of Culture of the Slovak Republic since 2006. It is housed in the old building of the former communal inn, located in the pedestrian street. It is a centre of active artistic life in Parcovina and the surrounding area. It regularly hosts exhibitions of outstanding local and foreign artists, but also other cultural programmes.
