CB_BRAND Ister-Granum EGTC is a beneficiary of the project CB_Brand (Cross-border brand building) under the INTERREG SK-HU Programme, project number SKHU/1802/3.1/049. Within the project a regional trademark will be registered in Slovakia and Hungary in order to ensure the high quality of local products and to promote them among consumers, thus strengthening the market position of local producers. The Ister-Granum local product trademark will be registered and its market launch will start. A database will be built, which will collect local built and natural heritage, as well as local producers and service providers in the region. A gastronomic and tourist portal and mobile application optimised for mobile phones will also be developed. In addition, a study tour will be organised to a region where good practices of an already well-established trademark system can be learned, in order to develop the trademark system and to involve local producers.
