The low, forest-covered hills bordered by the Danube and the Ipoly rivers slope steeply down towards the Danube, with the unique microclimate of the Kovácspataki rocks. In the most beautiful part of the volcanic landscape, also known as the “Börzsöny secession”, you can take a short hike with a unique atmosphere and a view along the trail over the Danube valley, on the edge of the Kovácspataki rocks. The nature trail between Kamenica nad Hronom and Kováèov is located along the red tourist sign. The trail takes about 2 hours, has 6 stations, is 5 km long and has a 220 m difference in level.
