Our ancestors built several cellar villages along the Hron river. Cellars of Kamenica nad Hronom are one of the greatest memories of them. The cellar village has now been merged with the settlement, many of the press houses have been converted into family houses and holiday homes, but in recent years the old tradition has been revived. This cellar is the home of the Open Cellars by Hron series of events
