St Imre Roman Catholic Church

The first church was built in the 12th century, but was destroyed during the Tatar invasion. After the liberation from the Turks, the present church was built in the mid-18th century in the late Baroque style. It was rebuilt in 1800 to its present neoclassical form. The Roman Catholic church was consecrated in honour of Saint Imre.
