They are mainly involved in the artisanal processing of fruit and vegetables from their own gardens. No fertilisers or chemicals are used in the production. Processing is also done without additives and preservatives. Their principle is simplicity! This year they are 10 years old. AF Manufaktur is owned and run by two workers, Adrienn Finta and Ferenc Duka.
