The Heininger Cellar is the winery of the ancient Swabian dynasty of Nagymaros, formerly named after Károly Heininger, nowadays Ádám Heininger. The family used to have extensive vineyards and until the nationalisation in 1945, they waited for their guests in Dézsma Street with their wines, but after the regime change they continued to make wine. Ádám Heiniger came into contact with viticulture and winemaking through his father, who had been helping in the family vineyard in Kisnémedi since childhood
