He started building their farm 6 years ago, moving home from Ireland and giving up his job as a dental technician. His father and brother kept 3-4 hobby goats at home. He and his wife initially made the cheeses together, then got stuck in the livestock and farm work part of the business, with more and more tasks, and later his wife was the only one making the cheeses. Initially they sold at markets and events. Today they have managed to get their products into food markets, delicatessens and grocery stores
